1976年毕业于同济医科大学卫生专业,毕业后留校工作,历任公共卫生学院助教、讲师、副教授,2000年任教授,2002年任博士生导师。1994年获德国海德堡大学医学博士学位,1992年至2002年期间分别以高级访问学者和高级研究员赴德国海德堡大学、德国特里尔大学和德国吉森大学开展科研合作工作。兼任中华预防医学会环境卫生专业委员会副主任委员、中国环境科学学会环境医学与健康分会常务委员、《中华预防医学杂志》、《环境与职业医学》和《中国职业医学》杂志编委、国际杂志《The Open Environmental Journal》编委,人民卫生出版社大型参考书《现代环境卫生学》副主编、“十一五” 国家级规划教材《环境卫生学》(供7年制和研究生用)编委兼学术秘书、普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材《环境卫生学》编委。1998年在德国海德堡大学获国际人类毒理学协会授予的约翰博士奖;1999年享受国务院政府特殊津贴;2007年《水污染与健康研究》获中华预防医学会科学技术奖二等奖和教育部高等学校科技进步奖二等奖(第2名);2009年《DNA氧化性损伤分子生物学标志物研究及其在预防医学中的应用》获中华预防医学会科学技术奖三等奖(第3名);2011年《典型持久性有机污染物的健康危害及其毒作用机制研究》获年教育部高等学校自然科学奖二等奖(第2名)。
主要研究领域
主要有:(1)饮用水污染与健康;(2)POPs联合作用的毒理学机制;(3)环境遗传毒理学;(4)化学物联合致突变、抗突变和联合致癌、抗癌的综合作用研究。近年主要从事典型环境污染物对健康影响的相关研究,对重要的有机污染物多环芳烃、多氯联苯、氯化消毒副产物、邻苯二甲酸酯的遗传毒性风险和生殖健康危害风险进行了一系列研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、是国家“十一五”科技支撑计划《饮水安全评价、预警技术研究》的课题负责人之一、分别是国家973项目《环境化学污染物致机体损伤及其防御的基础研究》和国家自然科学基金重大项目《低纬度地区典型POPs与机体相互作用的机制研究》项目组主要成员。
