Dr. Wen-Qing Lu is tenured Professor of Occupational and Environmental Health. She graduated with a major in Preventive Medicine in 1976 and received her M.D. (Dr.med.) degree in 1994 from University of Heidelberg, Germany. Dr. Lu’s research is mainly focused on environmental hazard to human reproductive health (especially specific environmental chemicals with high reproductive health risks) and environmental genetic toxicology. She has published over 90 original papers (40 of them published in SCI-collected journals including Environ Health Perspect, Environ Sci Technol, Environ Int, J Hazard Mater and Environ Res).
