个人简介

2004年毕业于南京大学生物技术专业,获理学学士学位。2009年毕业于中国科学院上海生科院营养所,获理学博士学位。2009年-2012年在美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院从事博士后研究工作。2012-2015年受聘于新加坡国立大学担任助理教授和博士生导师。2015年4月受聘于华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院,担任“华中学者”特聘教授和院长助理。

主要从事营养流行病学和慢性代谢性流行病学方面的研究工作,近年来先后主持和参与美国国立卫生院(NIH)、新加坡卫生部NMRC、国家基金委、科技部重点研发计划等多项科研项目,在营养流行病学和糖尿病研究方面取得了一系列突出研究成果,多次接受新华社、ABC、BBC、CNN、Time、Huffington Post、New York Times、Fox News、USA Today等国际著名媒体采访。共在国际权威期刊发表SCI论文150多篇,论文总影响因子超过1000,被引用次数超过7000次,h-index为46。其中第一作者或者通讯作者文章超过70篇,包括N Engl J Med、JAMA、Cell Metab、PLoS Med、JAMA Intern Med、JAMA Psychiatry、Circulation、Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinol、Diabetes Care等。担任Nutrition & Metabolism、BMC Endocrine Disorders和PLoS ONE等杂志编委,受邀为包括N Engl J Med、JAMA、BMJ、Circulation、Diabetes Care、Am J Clin Nutr等国际顶级杂志审稿超过150次。

 

研究方向

  • 通过前瞻性的队列研究深入探讨肥胖、代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等代谢性疾病的发生发展的主要基因变异和营养等环境因素,以及基因-环境(营养、生活方式等)和基因-表型间的相互作用,建立早期预测和高危个体筛选模型;

  • 利用系统流行病学和多组学的方法深入探讨糖尿病的发病机制,寻找新的生物靶点和代谢途径,为个性化医疗和转化医学提供科学支持;

  • 对代谢异常高危人群进行营养干预,研究不同营养物质、食物和膳食模式的干预效力,进一步分析遗传和代谢表型的相互作用,探讨个性化营养干预策略;

  • 利用流行病学方法研究心理因素(如抑郁和焦虑)和代谢性疾病之间的相互关系,并开展老年性疾病的队列研究工作;

  • 系统综述和荟萃分析(营养流行病学和精神病流行病学)
