1998年于华中农业大学食品化学与分析专业硕士毕业进入华中科技大学同济医学院工作至今,期间年获华中科技大学同济医学院营养与食品卫生专业博士学位(2005),随后赴德国洪堡大学Charité医学院攻读博士后。近年作为负责人先后主持了3项国家自然科学基金项目的研究,并参与了“973”、“十一五”科技支撑计划及多项国家自然科学基金项目的研究,在J Hepatol、Food Chem、Am J Physiol Gastrointest Liver Physiol等期刊发表论文多篇.中华医学会细胞生物学分会委员,湖北省营养学会理事,湖北省毒理学会理事。参与完成的“Vit.A、Zn缺乏及补充对鼠胚发育的影响及人体膳食β-胡萝卜素干预和转化率的研究”获湖北省科技进步三等奖及武汉市科技进步二等奖(2003)。
