个人简介
2000年7月毕业于吉林大学生物化学专业，获理学学士学位。2005年7月毕业于中国协和医科大学/中国医学科学院，获理学博士学位。2006年－2013年在美国University of Wisconsin-Madison和Albert Einstein College of Medicine等校从事博士后研究工作，主要方向为利用小鼠模型研究中枢神经系统，特别是下丘脑在动物肥胖、高血压和衰老过程中的作用，主要研究结果发表在Nature、Cell、Nature Medicine、 Neuron和Nature Immunology等杂志上面。
研究兴趣
我们的研究主要集中在利用小鼠模型研究中枢神经系统的下丘脑在全身性能量平衡（体重、食欲和能量消耗）调控中的作用。具体研究方向包括通过综合利用高通量测序、基因工程小鼠、全身性代谢和生化分析等方法研究下丘脑与生理性代谢调控和肥胖相关的新基因。研究通过大规模人群Genome-wide association study（GWAS）发现的代谢相关新基因的功能。通过定量蛋白质组学方法研究与能量平衡调控相关的新基因。对这些新基因的功能性研究有助于发现潜在的治疗肥胖及肥胖相关的综合征的药物。
