
个人简介
刘刚,华中科技大学教授、博士生导师,入选国家“高层次人才”青年项目,湖北省“高层次人才”。2015年博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所。2015年至2018年在哈佛大学公共卫生学院从事博士后研究。2019年任哈佛大学公共卫生学院Research Associate。2019年9月任华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院教授、博士生导师,“华中卓越学者”。
主要从事2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等慢性代谢性疾病的营养流行病学研究与营养干预研究,并取得了一系列研究成果。近5年在国际权威期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,论文总IF>400,其中以独立第一或者通讯作者发表IF>10的7篇,包括Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol、J Am Coll Cardiol、Circ Res、Diabetes Care、PLoS Med,并以共同作者在N Engl J Med、BMJ 等医学顶尖期刊发表。担任了6个营养与公共卫生领域权威SCI杂志的副主编或编委,包括European Journal of Nutrition、Nutrition & Metabolism、BMC Public Health 副主编,以及Int J Obes、Nutrients、Nutr Metab Cardiovasc Dis 编委,受邀为BMJ、Ann Intern Med、Diabetes Care、Am J Clin Nutr、Environ Int、Int J Epidemiol、Am J Epidemiol 等国际权威期刊审稿近90次。
研究方向
1. 基于大型前瞻性队列研究,探讨环境因素(包括营养、生活方式、膳食来源为主的环境污染物等)和遗传因素,以及二者交互作用与肥胖、2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等发生发展的关系,建立早期预测模型;
2. 利用多组学和系统流行病学的方法,探讨2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等发生发展的机制,寻找潜在的干预靶点;
3. 膳食营养干预研究;
