Dr.Ping Yin is Professor of Epidemiology and Health Statistics, Associate Director of Department of Epidemiology and Health Statistics, School of Public Health, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science & Technology.Being hired as a new drug review experts of China food and drug administration,deputy committee director of health statistics education professional committee of China health informatics association,deputy committee director of health statistics  professional committee of wuhan Preventive medicine association ,the standing committee member of International Biometric Society-China Region,the standing committee member of  Biostatistics Section of Chinese preventive medical association.I have always been dedicated to the research and teaching on health statistics, and published one monograph, took part in four textbooks as editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief, have been involved in writing thirteen national graduate planning textbooks, such as medical statistics and etc. Recent years, I have led multiple national and provincial longitudinal and horizontal research projects, granted research funding more than 4.0 million, and published more than 60 scientific articles. I was selected as the member of editorial board for 6 journals and expert reviewer for International journal of medicine , such as Cancer Research Frontiers ,Biostatistics & Epidemiology , Journal of Advanced Statistics .
