自1998年参加工作以来一直从事卫生毒理学和环境毒理学的教学与科研工作,2004年获华中科技大学青年教师教学竞赛三等奖,2013和2005年度华中科技大学教学质量二等奖,指导的本科生毕业论文获2014年湖北省优秀学士学位论文奖。主要从事外源性化合物的毒性作用及其分子机制研究。参加国家自然科学基金重点项目,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、教育部留学回国启动基金、中央高校自主创新研究基金、湖北省自然科学基金、武汉市科技计划项目等研究课题,完成数十项农药农药毒理学安全性评价项目。以通讯作者发表论文近30篇(SCI收录论文14篇),2001年获湖北省自然科学三等奖(排名第4)。兼任中国毒理学会生化与分子毒理学专业委员会委员,神经毒理学专委会委员,毒理学教育专委会委员,遗传毒理专委会委员,湖北省毒理学会常务理事。
主要研究领域
探讨环境化学物的毒性作用与机制,致力于食品加工副产物和农药残留与神经退行性疾病以及糖、脂代谢紊乱的关系研究。
