1994年毕业于同济医科大学,在武钢工业卫生研究所从事职业卫生工作至副主任医师。2008年获华中科技大学劳动卫生与环境卫生学医学博士学位,同年以人才留校。2011-2012年在美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院做访问学者,2013年晋升为教授。主持国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金、省重点基金等多个项目,作为骨干参与了“973”计划、教育部创新团队、CMB中美合作、中瑞合作等项目。已发表SCI论文180多篇,包括Circulation,Neurology、Diabetes,Hypertension,J Hazard Mater等国际权威或著名期刊,获批专利5项。部分研究被美国《新闻周刊》、《纽约时报》和国内《参考消息》、《凤凰网》等广泛报道,全球最大有线电视体育频道ESPN播出。曾获教育部新世纪优秀人才、华中学者、国家自然科学奖二等奖等。为Environ Pollut、Environ Res、Sci Total Environ、Chemosphere等杂志审稿人。培养的研究生多人获得裘法祖奖学金、研究生国家奖学金、优秀毕业研究生等。
主要研究领域
环境相关疾病的分子流行病学研究,主要致力于环境因素(环境污染物、生活方式等)、环境-遗传交互在早期健康损害与环境相关疾病(以心血管代谢性疾病为主)的作用和机制研究。
