二级教授,博士生导师,获国务院政府特殊津贴,科技部重点领域创新团队负责人,入选湖北省公共卫生领军人才和教育部新世纪优秀人才,是国家重点学科劳动卫生与环境卫生学学术带头人,华中学者领军岗。学术任职包括:国家卫键委职业健康标准专业委员会委员,中国职业安全健康协会呼吸防护专业技术分会副主任委员,中国卫生监督协会团体标准委员会职业病诊断标准委员会副主任委员,中华预防医学会劳动卫生与职业病分会委员会常委委员和湖北省预防医学会劳动卫生与职业病专业委员会主任委员等。国家精品课程:职业卫生与职业医学主讲教师,近年先后主持国家基础研究973课题、科技部重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目、环保部行业性公益专项等多项,牵头或参与起草10余项国家职业卫生标准。2014年获国家科技进步二等奖(排名第一),2007年获湖北省科技进步一等奖(排名第一)。已发表论文300余篇,SCI收录200余篇,包括Lancet、Am J Resp Crit Care、Diabetes Care、Euro Resp J、PLoS Med、J Hazard Mater、Thorax、Chest、Environ Int等国际一流期刊。
