陈军,男,副教授,博士学位。1998年毕业于同济医科大学,获医学硕士学位。2001年华中科技大学同济医学院获医学博士学位,师从陈学敏教授,毕业后留校从事环境卫生学的教学和分子毒理学科研工作,任讲师、副教授至今。2006.112008.11年在Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Science and Center for Molecular Toxicology, University of Rhode Island, USA从事分子毒理学博士后研究。主持多项国家自然科学基金项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目,参与国家自然科学基金重大项目研究。

1.氟神经毒作用机理和氟拮抗剂研究

2.重金属毒作用分子机制研究


我的主要研究方向为重金属毒作用过程中细胞内信号转导通路变化。大量研究工作围绕Nrf2信号通路及下游靶基因开展,试图为该信号通路作为对抗铅神经毒作用的分子干预位点提供科学依据,从而为铅的铅神经毒作用的预防和治疗探索新的途径。

Dr. Jun Chen is currently an associate professor of Department of Occupational and Environmental Health. He graduated from Tongji Medical University with master's degree in Preventive Medicine in 1998. In 2001, he received Doctor's degree in Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Since then he has been engaged in Environmental Health teaching work and researches focusing on molecular toxicology, as lecturer, associate professor in the same institute. During 2006-2008, he accomplished postdoctoral research on Molecular Toxicology in the Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Center for Molecular Toxicology, College of Pharmacy, University of Rhode Island, USA. He has been leading several projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars from the State Education Ministry, and participated in the Major Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

The Main Research Areas and Interests


1. Mechanism of fluoride toxicity and fluoride antagonist research.

2. Molecular mechanism of heavy metal toxicity (lead and cadmium).


My main research interests are the area of cellular signal transduction pathways that are involved in heavy metals induced toxicity. Efforts have been made to provide scientific basis for Nrf2 signaling pathway and downstream target genes as molecular intervention sites against lead neurotoxicity, in order to explore and introduce new approaches leading to effective prevention and treatment for lead poisoning.
