主要研究方向和兴趣

主要研究方向为膳食、营养与慢性病。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章10余篇。 主要研究内容及成果如下:1.白藜芦醇的生物学效应及其抗衰老效应,研究结果发现白藜芦醇能有效延缓血管衰老的发生,研究结果发表在JNB,被引近50次;2. 研究酒精对肝脏的氧化损伤机制,重点探讨植物黄酮尤其是槲皮素对酒精性肝病(ALD)的干预,以及潜在分子信号通路。新近以铁稳态调控分子hepcidin为中心,探讨酒精致铁代谢紊乱的分子机制。此外,获湖北省自然科学技术奖二等奖(3/5)1项“植物黄酮诱导HO-1拮抗酒精性肝病的机制”。中国营养学会会员,湖北省营养学会理事,武汉营养学会秘书长。


主要负责的科研项目

(1)FOXO3-Frataxin介导的肝脏线粒体酒精性损伤及槲皮素干预机制 (国家自然青年科学基金,项目编号:81402673);


(2)ALD中Parkin和受体介导的线粒体自噬失衡及槲皮素干预 (第56批中国博士后基金:130324)。
