主要研究方向和兴趣

一直从事营养与食品卫生学教学、研究工作,分别承担国家自然基金青年基金项目、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目及参与973863等多项研究课题,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇。并现担任Archives of Toxicology, Toxicology, Toxicology in Vitro, Journal of Applied Toxicology, Food Control, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Trends in Food Science & TechologyDiabetic medicine受邀审稿人,中国营养学会会员,湖北省营养学会会员,武汉市营养学会会员,美国化学学会会员,美国毒理学学会会员


研究方向

1)营养素干预2型糖尿病和肥胖的机制研究;

2)营养素干预骨骼肌疲劳或衰老的机制研究;

3)食品中有毒有害物质的分子毒性机制;

4)肠道菌群和非编码RNA在分子毒理学及慢性病中的作用。
