       1986年8月出生,2009年毕业于南开大学生物科学专业,2014年获得中国医学科学院肿瘤学博士学位。2014年7月至今,在华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院工作。

主要研究领域

       肿瘤及其他慢性非传染性疾病的分子遗传学。博士期间通过全基因组关联研究(Genome-wide association study, GWAS)在揭示食管癌易感基因、基因-环境交互作用以及建立食管癌风险预测模型方面做出重要贡献。在包括Nat Genet, Cancer Res, Hum Mol Genet, Clin Cancer ResCarcinogenesis等国内外权威期刊发表论文20余篇。目前主要的研究方向包括对现有GWAS发现易感区段的精细定位和功能分析,以及通过高通量测序等全新技术手段寻找与复杂疾病发生发展相关的新基因。
